Which laptop suits me (study / video editing)?

I'm currently looking for a new laptop but am overwhelmed with the many devices. I had an HP Pavilion that lasted 6 years, now it is becoming very slow and the battery is broken (it only runs with a charging cable).

I'm looking for a laptop with which I can easily carry out all office things for my studies, of course also surf the internet normally and stream videos.

I also run a small YouTube channel and need a relatively powerful laptop to edit the videos, even with a lot of storage space. My old laptop crashes regularly and often can't process the amount of files.

Since the HP has been loyal to me for so long and I get along well with the operating system, I would like to stay with one.

Which laptop can you recommend to me? Unfortunately I don't know the technical data. In terms of price, of course, not too expensive, the limit is 700 euro.

I'm looking forward to your responses.

How about a Microsoft Surface?

Example:

Lenovo Think Pad e595

Or if you wait, the days of AMD come out with the Mobile Ryzen of the 4XXX series.

These have 8 cores / 16 threads, which is also helpful for video editing.

The first benchmarks (if you can believe them) even outperform Intel I7-I9 models in the notebook sector.

8 core CPU or APU models in 7nm production, there are not many on the market yet. Would be an option for you.

With this 17 inch gaming notebook, you can also play all current PC games in high, sometimes also maximum settings in addition to office, streaming and video editing.

A card reader stick for many different formats is available for just a few euro. Example:
