Looking for a business ladies handbag for laptop, do you have any tips?

I'm slowly despairing and wondering how other women do it, so often I see others with matching bags on the street.

I'm looking for a ladies handbag for work and also for leisure, with a shoulder strap. Therefore, it shouldn't be a classic laptop bag, e.g. If I go to eat something after work, it has to fit.

In terms of style, it should be like a normal women's handbag and black, match the business look (i.e. Look rather simple, somewhat feminine and classy) and my work laptop has to fit in, but that's exactly the problem.

My work laptop is 22.7 x 34.3 cm and the bag is 25.5 x 32.5 cm, like many others. These crucial few cm in width are always missing so that it fits (and still works).

All bags that are slightly larger do not have a shoulder strap or are significantly larger and look like a clunky laptop bag again.

But I don't want to have to hold my handbag in my hand all the time or have it stuck directly under the axles in summer…

My old one unfortunately broke after a few years and the brand no longer has any suitable ones, I've already felt through dozens of brands, Amazon, etc. At the moment I use my backpack, restaurants are closed anyway and important appointments are digital, but in the long term I need a new handbag. I've been looking for things since before Corona, I also strolled through shops because the old one looked quite used, but now that it's broken it has got a higher priority.

Do you have any tips on where to find such bags or do you have one yourself that you could recommend?

I just don't know anyone who always slaps around with a fat laptop. For this you either have tablets or very small and light laptops.

The laptop is also very light and slim, especially compared to my somewhat older private one. Only the external dimensions are a bit impractical, but also there significantly smaller than the previous one (at least the number pad is missing on the side)

Often I leave it in the company, but if I change between home office and office (or do something in the evening) and then have private appointments immediately, I have to have it with me.

But since the company only makes this laptop model, I don't have a choice.

The bag from your Link looks very good! That would be a good choice. For me personally, however, it would be almost a little too narrow for additional everyday things.

There's really a lot of choice at Amazon.

Yes, I think it's beautiful too, but unfortunately it's 3-4cm too narrow, which means that my laptop doesn't fit inside.

I wouldn't mind that it isn't that deep, I usually don't have that much with me anyway.

It feels like I've already gone through all possible search combinations on Amazon and haven't found anything suitable.
