Invisible screen sharing?

Briefly summarized the following question: I want to share my screen with someone in disguise. How or with which program?

I want someone to connect to my laptop (TV, Skype, whatever), see the screen content, and ideally click remotely. So far so good: but at the same time I'm in a zoom meeting myself and have to clear my screen for it. So whoever is watching me must not see that I'm "invisibly" sharing the screen with someone. There are quite a few programs to activate it, but the problem is, if a program is running, you can see this in the taskbar. I don't want to hide the taskbar, as questions may arise. Is there a possibility? Or it doesn't have to be a special program, but would it be possible to hide it in the taskbar somehow?

VNC as an example minimizes itself in the system tray / information area (bottom right next to the clock). Since it is the standard setting that not all symbols are displayed there, nobody will notice if you hide the symbol for the VNC server.
