Sims invisible?

I have not played Sims 4 for a long time but wanted to play it again. Everything went well until I pressed on new game, it loaded and the Sim was invisible. I checked to see if it is also do in my household and it was so the whole game was full of invisible sims… I tried to reboot sims and my laptop but it did not work. I can't synonymous to the SIM on it to press. How can my Sims become normal again?
