Does the seller / manufacturer have to offer replacement in the case of a warranty?

I have a question about the following:

On December 18, 2018, I bought a laptop for work-related reasons. For me, work-related means that I drive the part to customers and conclude contracts via the portal of my company. So practically I earn my money with it. I have had a strong flicker on the screen for almost a week now. Should be a guarantee case.

My question now: Does the manufacturer or seller have to provide me with a replacement, because I earn a living with it? Otherwise, I can make any customer appointments and this leaves then logically the business.

I'm grateful for every tip.

No, he doesn't have to.

There are extra contracts for such cases.

If this is listed in the warranty, yes.
But probably will not be like that.

Guarantee is a voluntary service provided by the manufacturer under its own conditions

With warranty this would be a little different. But there you are already out of the first 6 months. And you prove now that the defect was there from the beginning…
