Laptop mouse pointer is down?

I have a laptop there but the mouse pointer lags a bit, I reinstalled Windows. There everything worked out wonderfully when I restarted the device, it started again with the bedding. I have already watched some YouTube videos, everything has not helped anyone, who can help?

That sounds like a driver problem. Have you ever tried a more recent driver?
