Laptop keyboard stopped working since reset?

I recently got a laptop from Medion (MD61900 Windows10) and since there were all kinds of things on it first reset via the menu. Since then, neither the keyboard nor the touchpad has worked. Since the display supports touch, I could first set it up with the virtual keyboard, but that's not really possible because the screen keyboard is already very unwieldy.

Try to install or reinstall the keyboard driver under the Device Manager.
