I have a 100,000 line, but only 50,000 come by cable to my ps4?

Can someone tell me why my ps4 only arrives about half of the cable despite the cable? When I do a wired internet test from the router to my laptop, 100,000 come in. Can someone tell me what I can do or is it the age of the ps4?
