High ping in the evening on Ps4 and what can I do about it?

I wanted to mention in advance that I'm not very familiar with the technology.

Problem: In the evening on the Ps4 and partly also on other devices like my laptop there's a ping of 100-400ms. However, this only applies from usually 8:30 p.m. To 11:00 p.m. The times are sometimes different by - / + an hour. The only stupid thing is that it is exactly at this time that my Ps4 usually starts. At other times of the day, everything runs smoothly.

Internet: Will be the first at Vodafone and have a Fritzbox 6591 cable. The 5g from me runs very well and shows no weaknesses. The settings of the router are largely as recommended on the Internet and the Ps4 have also been set. I realize that my Ps4 can't connect to the 5G because it is too old for it.

(also use a Devolo box which is connected to my Ps4 via Lan)
