Ps4 broken?

I have had a Ps4 for a year and have been very happy with it so far. In fact, my Ps4 switches to safety mode after every start. It says I should do a system update. I already had the problem yesterday there I initialized the Ps4 because there was no other way. Still, I don't feel like deleting everything from my Ps4 before I gamble by initializing it. I've tried everything and am slowly at a loss. I have already tried downloading the update via the laptop and loading it onto the Ps4 using a USB stick. This was also not possible. When I try to download the update from the Internet, I get an error message. I'm slowly really desperate. Below you can see a picture of the error message. Thanks in advance

Would just suggest that here. Did this before I sold mine.
