Why can't I upload anymore?

I tried today (with my new laptop) to upload JPG files to an online gallery.

Unfortunately, the upload does not start.

Then I wanted to send the files to me by email, there's also no upload of the pictures.

It was never a problem with my old laptop, I have Windows 10.

Can someone help me? I'm slowly despairing:-(
