Find a medium-strong laptop with very cheap spare parts.
Is not manufacturer dependent (except Apple) but model dependent and age.
Often very cheap for older models Acer, IBM, Lenovo and HP.
It's actually sausage. Normal commercial laptops all have (almost) the same spare part prices. It only depends on where you buy them.
You can't change much anyway. There may be price differences for displays
With most new laptops there's not really much that can be exchanged, at most the battery and RAM. Anything else, if it's broken, can't be repaired by yourself anyway (unless you do it as a hobby or profession and have the right tools)
