Today my laptop has fallen down and the hinge cover has broken.
Now I have found after a long search the spare part, and to my horror realized that the piece of plastic should cost 30 euro.

Does anyone know a cheaper website for ordering spare parts?
My experience tells me that no matter what spare part you need for a notebook - it's just expensive. Whether mechanical, plastic or electronic. Simply expensive.
You can search further on the internet - the 30 euro are certainly not appropriate for a 2-3 euro part - but are quite realistic.
You could still see if you find a totally broken notebook of your series at a marketplace (for example classified ads) and then get for less than 30 euro. There you have to dismantle the panel then and attach it to your notebook.
