I have been using my computer for 3 years now. But now I have the problem that some buttons do not work properly and I have to press 100 times in different directions to achieve the effect of the button. Affected are mainly the buttons on the right side. My big problem is that I write a book on my laptop and want to be finished by March, because I just have to revise. I can't write like that anymore. I have not changed anything in any settings.
What can I possibly do to make it work properly again? Is it maybe a virus (got messages from my system) or are the buttons just broken? Please help me
Unfortunately, I have no detailed information, what exactly is this for a laptop. I have only the brand. (It was a gift)
In principle one can also clean a laptop keyboard. Over time, some dust flakes can accumulate underneath. If you write a book on it, I also assume the possibility of coffee stains or breadcrumbs.
However, mna has to take nen 'screwdriver in hand.
If this is too complicated for you, then, as suggested by others: Just buy a USB keyboard and hang on it. They start at less than 10 euro, so it is not a big financial effort. BUT: Shops have today only until 13:00 open, so: Hopp, Hopp!
You can say bad. Probably a mechanical problem. But because of the acute situation: even if it sounds trivial, just plug in a usb-keyboard to rework your book by march. With an external fullsize keyboard, you're way faster anyway than with this freaky laptop keyboard layout.
and save your data, in the unlikely event that it is a virus.
That is, I think the best solution.
I see it the same way
The data is secure.
