I would recommend you to take more.
In my laptop / notebook I have 1TB and have consumed about 200 gb. Although I have hardly any pictures and videos but I have a few games and if you casually play video games or make 4K videos I would definitely recommend you more.
But if you only store pictures, HD videos and small games then it is enough
You can still expand the memory after that
