Pixelated laptop screen transmission?

I'm currently transferring from my laptop to my MSI screen with an HDMI cable, but unfortunately the quality on the screen is very pixelated.

PS: I've already tried other HDMI cables

Maybe your laptop doesn't have the power to do both, what hardware does your laptop have?
