Laptop distributes electric shocks?

I have the problem that my laptop is distributing electric shocks. The beats can be clearly heard / felt. Can I order a new one from the Media Market, even if the warranty has expired?

(Laptop does not permanently distribute punches)

Is on the power supply or other connected devices… Ggf also static discharge, because you have charged.
