Laptop distributes electric shocks, what to do?

I have the problem that my laptop is distributing electric shocks. The beats can be clearly heard / felt. Can I order a new one from the Media Market, even if the warranty has expired?

(Laptop does not permanently distribute punches)

Where does the laptop distribute punches? Are you coming from the ports or or from the surface? And no, if the computer has no more guarantee you can't request a new one. Is the electric shock only when you connect it to the power?

Try to glue the spots with electrical tape.
