Wondershare Filmora?

To edit videos I currently have Wondershare Filmora on my laptop.

Can someone tell me how to pixelate faces or license plates?

I have already found the effect, but it is then firmly in a position. As a rule, yes drive cars, but the pixelation is not moving there.

You just have to move it manually again and again when the object is moving.

Can only assume my program… But maybe you can transfer that to Filmora.

If an effect should follow an object, there are two possibilities. Either "motion tracking" or "parenting"

If the pixel effect is on a separate layer, then there's the possibility to link it with the layer on which the element to be pixelated in your case is located [parent function]

I have not used motion tracking myself yet… In principle, there are defined points that - so that the whole thing works well - stand out well from the background. The effect is then linked to this point and follows it… In the worst case.

If all this is not possible, this had to solve by means of keyframing, which, depending on the source material, can be fumbling…

One of the three options should go with your program… If not, take another program.
