The charging plug has recently had an extremely loose contact, I always have to turn the plug back and forth until the power is running and the power is only gone again with a small movement!
How can you fix it? Possible without buying a new power supply!
Solder a new plug or maybe even the socket in the computer wrecked
How to solder the connector?!
"Possible without buying a new power supply!"
… That doesn't fall under repair either.
Usually there's a broken cable in the connector. You would first have to get a suitable new plug. And you should have a meter.
With the measuring device you should first determine where the plus is and where the minus is. You have to be a little patient then there's the broken cable. And write it down.
Then you cut the old plug far enough so that you cut away the broken cable with it. Strip the veins. The wires should have 2 different colors.
Now you have to find out with the measuring device which wire is on which connection of the old connector. The plug usually has two contacts, an inner and an outer one. Write down on a piece of paper which wire color is on the outer and which on the inner contact. Then you solder the cable from the power supply unit to the new plug in exactly the same way.
Now use the measuring device to measure the connector again to see if you soldered a short circuit. No short circuit OK, then plug the power supply into the socket. Measure again and compare with the notes from above.
