Test notebook for loose contact / program?

My laptop AcerNitro 5 actually works great, but sometimes he hangs on sometimes playing games but also when programming or watching videos an exact reference point I can't exactly call now as an error code, he only gives Kernel Event 41 to say so much as he does not correctly identified…
If I turn it off with PowerButton press long, he does not directly go back to the first then takes about 10 minutes.

I noticed when I move him that he then hangs not always but it has already happened now my guess is close that he has a loose connection and therefore adopted.

Is there a possibility or someone knows a program with which one can check for loose contact? Or has the same problem and knows a solution?

AcerNitro 5 is equipped with a Ryzen processor. From this it can be concluded that you are using Win10 as operating system.

You write of a switch off with power button. YOU should avoid THAT! This can lead to data loss or data loss, depending on which programs were currently open. Presumably, you've already damaged various system files in this way - which would explain your problems quite well. For me that does not sound like loose contact!

End your computer work basically only "Shut Down". (Right-click on the bottom left of the Start icon, and then "Shut Down / Shut Down") This will ensure that all open programs are properly closed before the PC shuts down.

The program recognizes the loose contacts are YOU. There's no other way.

Maybe you still have warranty. Then send it to the seller or manufacturer. Mostly you get an RMA number.

Acer Nitro 5 is not a statement. They are available in 1000 variants Starting from AMD to Intel to God knows what.

If you want to find out for yourself what it is you have to limit the loose contact itself. In most cases, this is only possible by opening the laptop and "snapping through".

And how should I shut down the normal when he hangs himself?

Yes I still have a guarantee anyway thanks for the help

In order to get 100% certainty whether it is a hardware or software defect, I recommend a system reinstallation.

Certainly there's a backup option or a reset to factory settings for your computer. Do not forget to save all personal data first!

However, if the error has already occurred from the beginning, it may also be anchored in the backup data. You would rewind this mistake again! In this case, I recommend that you first backup all personal information, then format the system partition and reinstall Windows. A current install ISO (all current security updates are already integrated) can be found on the download page of Microsoft.

If the error is fixed after the re-installation, then look forward to the success. If the error persists, then make use of your warranty right!
