Amazon laptop?

So I ordered a laptop from Amazon 2 weeks ago and it is now (broken)

So sometimes when I turn it on, the whole screen flickers and so on. So my question is now I have deleted all files from the laptop but not reset because it does not work and my microsoft account is still on it and a pin too, will I still get my money back?

Whether you get your money back depends on whether the defect is covered by warranty and guarantee or was caused by you.

So I can only say so much that I have nothing to do with the fact that the screen sometimes flickers

That's one reason why you don't buy stuff like that on Amazon… But that's over.

Write to their service, how to proceed, since the device is only 2 weeks old, it will probably be replaced without further comment (and the old one simply thrown away as is known from Amazon).
