A question about Amazon Video:
My nephew has bought movies on Amazon which he has stored in his library. He was not a Prime member at the time. Since he is currently in the hospital I have him registered with Amazon Prime and brought him the laptop to the hospital.
He signed in with his Amazon account, but when he goes to his library, the movies are not in there. When I log in at home with his password, the movies are there. What can this be? Can someone help me?
Sounds like different accounts. Or you do not look right (by default it opens the series first, you have not bought one, it looks empty)?

Can it be another account if I log in with his email address and password? I saw that with the series and clicked on films, but there's also nothing. Will try this with ordering.
