Why is it that the laptop on some websites on the Internet is so loud?
High load -> more heat -> more cooling -> louder
Maybe the wrong websites, where the viruses are just lurking, the laptop has the most to do.

When many tabs are open, or you're heading to pages with lots of active content (that's almost everything but writing and some pictures), especially ads, videos, trackers, etc., then more resources are needed and your laptop needs more work and more thus generates more heat, which must be removed by a faster rotating fan and this is then louder.
Fewer tabs and a good adblocker could help.
