Have a new gaming laptop (Windows 10), but I have the problem that everything he puts out so on headphones to sound is much too loud. It's all standard over normal speakers, but unbearable via headset.
Have e.g. System volume to 30% and then Discord is so roaring loud with an output volume of 2%, that when a notification is received or I speak with friends, my eardrum soon falls away. Even games are unbearably loud, even at the lowest volume settings.
Today also the problem arose that as soon as I talked to others about the in-game sound the ingame sound was completely gone, instead there was only a rush, which once discord was closed was normal again (for the standards of this laptop).
Headset is Razor Kraken Multi-Platform Wired Gaming Headset (also almost new). The same model, I also use the PC, where it runs without problems.
Can I change something because of the settings what can fix something? Or it may be that I have misconfigured something wrong? Or anything else I can try?
