Ram heats up?

After turning on my laptop, Ram gets very hot; the monitor flashes and shows no picture; Before that I had changed the keyboard and the accumulator. What could be the problem?

Yes, it may be due to what you have changed mechanically in terms of contacts or states.

Sounds like a "short circuit" during installation.
