Elderly care private school deliberately failed students what to do?

5 out of 15 students failed the oral exam (none of these 5 from the regional council was present, only the director and a teacher). All 5 students received a 5, there was no correct reason and it was said that the grades should be requested in writing. These 5 students had also done this by registered mail, the director made an appointment with a student, the grades were only read from the laptop and when asked about a written composition, the director said he was not prepared. (Isn't he prepared for an appointment he made himself?)

Another pupil with a good report card (1.5 average) was given a bad practical grade (also insufficient reason) and was advised to repeat the school year.

There are other examples in the form… What can you do? There's something wrong! Who should you turn to and do you even have a chance at a private school?

Po

Do you pay school fees or something?

Br

Even in a private school, teachers - whether directors or not - are obliged (!) To justify grades.

Should this be further refused, I would rigorously initiate a SUPERVISORY COMPLAINT against the educator concerned.

Po

With whom?

If the private school is officially recognized, you have a chance.

Br

A DAB can ONLY be done through official channels - i.e. Via the headmaster, who is OBLIGED to forward this to the next higher school authority (for me it was the school department / district government).

No or if so, then the nursing home

op

A private school has to orient itself much more than a public school towards its own financing. If they miscalculated when they throw out test items with a passed exam, then a selection is carried out and not so many waved through the exam.

It's not fair, but those who get through are also the better.

su

But then they also have to be able to explain why the others are better or not?

op

Nice. The whole situation is very dubious.
