Without power supply. The buyer picked him up and I asked him if he would like to start and test the laptop. He denied that. (Laptop worked 100%). Today he writes that the laptop would not go and he wants to show me. I asked him if he had a real power supply and he could send me a picture of it, so we can rule that out as a mistake. He did not. I think he just threatens me because he does not want the laptop and has not bought a power adapter. The real question now is if he can show me?
He can always show ads.
He just will not get away with that.
Would I get mail from a lawyer or how does that happen? Would I then have a criminal record?
Well, he did not look very aggressive now. But thanks!
No, you would get a summons from the police.
And no, you would not have a criminal record, why?
He tries to draw a civil law issue into criminal law. The prosecutor will refuse.
Apart from the fact that I do not think that indicates you at all.
That seems to be more of a fraud on his part…
Okay, thanks. Yes do not know me there and therefore the question. It is already somewhat "intimidating" for ignorant people when threatened with an ad, even though they did not do anything.
No, he completely lacks the basis for his statement.
In the case of a legal dispute, it would be statement against statement. Nobody would be harmed… Except, of course, with his legal fees.
He can show you yes. But that will be stopped. He paid you, you delivered goods. So nothing happens to you. Advert would be justified if for example he had paid and you delivered nothing that would be fraud then. But not like that.
