Got an ad because of Shpock?

Without power supply. The buyer picked him up and I asked him if he would like to start and test the laptop. He denied that. (Laptop worked 100%). Today he writes that the laptop would not go and he wants to show me. I asked him if he had a real power supply and he could send me a picture of it, so we can rule that out as a mistake. He did not. I think he just threatens me because he does not want the laptop and has not bought a power adapter. The real question now is if he can show me?

Would I get mail from a lawyer or how does that happen? Would I then have a criminal record?

He can show you yes. But that will be stopped. He paid you, you delivered goods. So nothing happens to you. Advert would be justified if for example he had paid and you delivered nothing that would be fraud then. But not like that.
