First the money or the goods?

I sold a laptop at Shpock which unfortunately broke down. Now the buyer should send me back the laptop that I can clarify with DHL and I can send him the money including shipping back.

But he insists that I first send the money back and my Paypal recommended him to ask for the money back and that no return in advance Paypal does not affect.

How should I act now? I'm not familiar with the Shpock / Paypal Buyer Protection.

Pictures of the damage and my shipment invoice are available.

Me

Tell him Zalando is no different, first the goods back and then the money.

Ca

First the goods then money back.

an

First the goods then payment.

is indeed your goods and if the buyer wants his money back, then he must first send your goods to you.

In principle, the purchase was no different.

First the buyer has paid, then you have your goods sent off.

Pl

First the goods then payment.

first… Paid, then… Goods…

Can it be that you contradict yourself?

an

Jap 😅

but that's just xD

Example: if you as a private person buy something from a company, then you will only get the refund when the article has been checked.

Pl

I'm aware. Only your contradictory statement irritates me.

You write:

… In principle, the purchase was not otherwise.

If it is the same, why do you describe a different process?
