Hi, I live in Berlin and have a DSL contract with up to 50 mbit / s at o2. I have the problem that I only get 11 mbit / s on my cell phone on speedtest.net (even if I'm only a few centimeters away). In general, the Internet is slow in the entire apartment, regardless of whether it is a PC, laptop or mobile phone. There are also not very many devices connected to the Internet. I don't have a bad router either (have a Fritzbox 7590). In addition, there are several internet crashes every day, even though I changed the DSL cable several times. So what's the problem with my internet running so badly? Is it the router or the provider? And what are the proposed solutions?
