Yesterday I installed Fifa 19 on my laptop. The game is actually quite fluid, so at 20-30 FPS, only the game is a bit slow, i. The players move slowly. When Replay gates and so everything is then normal. Any tips? AND: How can I increase the performance?

AMD Quad Core A10-9620p, 2.8 GHz
Radeon R5 M430 1GB dedicated video memory
12GB RAM
You already say it. 20-30 FPS are simply not liquid. This is actually very jerky. Fifa avoids this perception by simply slowing down the game as such, so the slower moves and runs better conceal the faltering image.
The graphics card of the notebook is simply too weak and is just below the minimum requirements for the game. Resolution and details down as much as possible, more can't be done with a notebook. Effectively it would need better hardware.
