Problem with bluetooth?

I have a problem with my SONY WH-1000XM3. It can connect perfectly to my (Windows 10) laptop. At the bottom there's also voice and music connected, but when I play the music, the sound does not come from the headphones but from the device speakers. Do you have any ideas why this could be?

You can (must) select the device for playing from the loudspeaker symbol in the system tray.
