My Bluetooth mouse has not worked for about an hour. I have it now for about 1 1/2 months and everything else went smoothly. When I go to Bluetooth - and other devices in the settings, it says "Bluetooth is deactivated" and there's no switch. The Internet said that the laptop only recognizes Bluetooth if a Bluetooth adapter is connected to the laptop. But I've never had it and it seemed to work without it.
How do I get Bluetooth switched on again or do I have to buy an adapter?
If this is a cordless mouse, you should charge the battery.
Something is wrong.
Either the laptop has Bluetooth on board, or you had an adapter.
Which laptop (manufacturer and exact model name) do you have?
I have the Acer Aspire 3, now for 1 1/2 months
