Do you need a graphics card in the laptop for the new Farming Simulator (fs19) and, if so, what kind of?
My brother plays with the iGPU of a i5 of the 4th Gen in a laptop (the exact name I would not even know) on 720p with the middle preset. If you go higher it falters considerably.
We recommend a minimum of 2 GB VRam, but a card is not necessary.
Absolutely you do not need any.
Since the game is not quite as elaborate, this can also calculate a good processor. However, you then play on low graphics settings and probably not in Full HD.
I recommend a cheap entry card as the GTX 1050 Ti or 1060th Are currently very cheap to have.
So you can play for it on Full HD and with the best settings.
I hope this helps.

An APU from AMD Ryzen (Vega) is enough for this game. Has the approx. Power of an AMD RX550 or Nvidia 1030.
An Intel APU (IGP) is not really enough.
The 1050TI is currently not recommended because it is just as expensive as the 50% stronger RX 570

The GTX 1060 is also a bit more expensive than the equally fast RX 580
