Who knows what to do? I would like to watch TV in a flat without internet and TV connection on my laptop or tablet. Is that possible at all and if so - how or what do I need?

Lappis and Tablet are Internet suitable, but not intended for normal television. What is there and I have it here. Are TV / monitor combos for connecting to Scart HDMI and graphics card.
