I have bought two Wi-Fi repeaters from Devolo, both show full reception but on the phone, tablet and laptop I have no reception. Why is it?

Did you accidentally buy 2 Powerline adapters as a set (also called dLAN) without a WLAN function (without Wi-Fi)?

If that's the case, you can search for a Wi-Fi signal for a long time, because Powerline is not Wi-Fi.

Name the exact model name of the Devolo's and give us the router model to which they are connected.

Only then can you give a proper answer.

Which one do you have? https://www.devolo.de/internet-ueberall-zuhause/produkte.html

So the router is from O2 and the repeaters call themselves Devolo Wi-Fi Repeater 1.1.0

OK, it's a wireless n-standard (2.4 GHz) repeater with a gross data rate of 300 Mbps.

That's max. 130 MBit / s net (with 2x2 WLAN streams)

and max. 65 Mbps net (with 1x1 WLAN streams).

You are well aware that you should never operate 2 wireless repeaters side by side, because that would be nonsense and would even reduce the data rate.

Ok, now for your problem:

Please use one of the two repeaters first, not both at the same time.

Plug the repeater into a socket in the same room where the router is and wait 1 minute until it is fully on.

Now press the WPS button for 8 seconds on the repeater.

Then press the WPS / Connect button on the O2 router (button? Look in the O2 router manual for where and how to find and press the WPS button).

Finished!

The repeater will be fully automatically connected to the O2 router. Now you can pull off the repeater and plug it into the intended location (half the distance between router and PC). Should also connect to the router there.

PS:

Do the same with the 2nd repeater, but do not operate both repeaters in the same room.

Note there are repeaters for 2.4 GHz, you will not be able to use this with a wireless client exclusively ac standard (5 GHz) mastered.

If necessary, you should import the firmware update in both repeaters: Here is a new firmware: https://www.devolo.de/support/downloads/download/devolo-wifi-repeater.html

If you are unsure what is going on in your WLAN, then I can recommend the free Android app "Fritz App WLAN". So you can quickly see what's going on in your WLAN.

Here is an understandable video that describes well the purpose and the equipment of the repeaters:

Have times in the router manual from O2 the instructions for the WPS procedure on page 11 found (Instructions for O2 Homebox 6641, there are different!):

Use the WPS feature to connect devices

WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) allows you to connect new wireless LAN devices to your wireless network at the touch of a button on the œ HomeBox. It lets you quickly and easily integrate devices that support the WPS feature into your home wireless network:

• Press the WLAN / WPS button on the top of the œ HomeBox for approx. 10 seconds. The Wi-Fi LED on the top will start flashing green regularly.

• Activate the WPS function on the WLAN device within 2 minutes. Observe the operating instructions of the corresponding device.

• The successful completion of the WLAN configuration is indicated on the œ HomeBox by the WLAN LED, which now lights up again permanently green.
