Suddenly little FPS in Rainbow?

As far as multiplayer is concerned, Rainbow is just my favorite, unfortunately I currently have a problem. While I was at 90 to 120 FPS at high settings a few 2 months ago. Now I only get up to 70 FPS on medium to low settings. Graphics card driver up to date. I haven't changed anything on the laptop. Only Discord runs in the background as always.
