Can anyone who link Amazon laptop ram where 8gb has DDR2 and for laptop.
Why exactly 8GB DDR2?
There are only 2x4 GB DDR2 SO-Dimm-Ram. At that time, there were no single 8 GB bars for laptops.

DDR2 RAM for laptops is generally quite expensive (costs significantly more than current DDR4 RAM). So it is questionable whether the investment in such old hardware is even worthwhile for the current price.
Because
I wouldn't recommend DDR2 RAM anymore unless your RAM is full all the time. If you have any problems with a lame laptop, more RAM won't necessarily make a difference, more an SSD or, if still possible, a new CPU.
If you have DDR2, the rest of your hardware is likely to be outdated too, after 10 years or so it will be time to buy a new laptop.
