Windows 10 update version 1903 causes problems?

I have been trying for 2 days to install various upcoming Windows updates on a club notebook (which has not been used for a long time). The part has an AMD E1-6010 CPU, SSD and 6 GB DDR3 RAM.

Except for the above Are all installed, but this shows a strange behavior. Once the download takes a long time, then there's a preparation that starts with 0% and increases by 1% every 10 minutes. Once it even went through and the traffic jam reported: "being installed".

But that broke at approx. 70% off and then the whole game started all over again. Apart from MS Office and two special programs that are required for club management, no other programs are installed (apart from Kaspersky Internet Security).

The task manager permanently shows a CPU utilization of 99%, most of it claims "service host local system", which presumably regulates the updates. Kaspersky needs about 30%, but can you deactivate it as long?

I would uninstall kaspersky in advance. Windows 10 already comes with an effective anti-virus program.

First start up the computer again (if Win is not currently reporting that you should not) Then Task Manager. Look what is bothering, needs too much power. This is more than what you have installed. You deactivate it. Kasperski the Win Defender is also careful… Then again the update. Sometimes that takes forever, it's best to take it home in the evening and check it out every now and then.

I did not ask for assessments of the quality of protection programs, but whether they should be deactivated during an update.

de-installing would be (sorry) nonsense. The association also has an ongoing subscription and kaspersky is always one of the best protection programs.

I've already tried everything, and the lappi has been running continuously since 8:00 this morning. For the others, there were several restarts with the known ads, but here it always seems to only turn unsuccessfully.

read and learn. You obviously don't really know the subject of computer science to tell me what's nonsense here (sorry)

And then why don't you hear any comment from any specialist journal? They are neither dependent on MS nor on the software manufacturers.

Ok do you want to make the very fresh update that just came out that changes the win from 1903 to 1909? It just took me 10 minutes today. There's the manual version here

Or only to 1903 because you are not there yet? I had huge problems because that's true
