How to get an older Windows 10 version?

I just got a small laptop from a known but only has 32GB of memory but few GB are already occupied by automatic and not enough for Win 10 1903 version, I have already chucked at Computer Base, although I find something BUT if I have the Stick in the laptop and boot it tells me that a Autorun.dll file is missing or damaged even though I've copied everything quite normal on the stick! Can one somehow to a MediaCreationTool run so that one 1803 or 1809 can download which also functions? Leave it. Here it is useless to put on Windows, because without updating the system becomes sooner or later unusable. Install a slim Linux variant, Ubuntu or similar.

As I said: You must not try to make an update with the Media Creation Tool, but you have to create the USB stick on another PC first. You can neither upgrade the Acer One to Windows 1903, nor can you create the USB stick there.

Hard to judge, if you do not sit in front of it yourself. If the USB stick was created correctly, then you should be able to boot from it on the Acer One. When the Windows installation starts, you can now remove the old installation of Windows. Then there's certainly enough space for the new Windows.
