Laptop: the lower right arrow is gone. What can I do?

As you can see the arrow is hidden. If I click just above the black border, I get the function, but I have to aim very precisely. Do you know how I can make the arrow visible again?

Just use the xD scroll wheel or click in the scroll bar.

Otherwise, reload the page or restart the browser (if it is a browser).
