I did it with myself I downloaded a program and used it to read the Windows key.

Chip isn't the best website, but it's the easiest to download.
With it you read out the Windows key and write it down on a piece of paper or something.
Now you have to reset this PC or delete it completely so that you can use the key again.
Then you have to download the Windows MediaCreationTool from the website and drag it to a USB stick, for example.
With this USB stick plugged in, you then start your PC and Windows 10 should be installed. There you can then enter the old Windows key.
