New memory card - how to transfer data?

I bought a larger memory card for my cell phone (Samsung J5, 2015) (Samsung microSDXC UHS-ICard). How can I transfer the data from the old memory card to the larger one? I have a laptop but no card reader. I'm technically not that fit.

With the "My Phone Explorer" app installed on mobile phones and laptops, data can be transferred from the mobile phone to the laptop and then back to the new card in the mobile phone.

Data transfer with smartphone does not work properly. How do you fix the problem? tr trayStick
