It can cost up to 650 euro. I mainly need it for everyday things like surfing, watching YouTube / Viedeos and sims 4 should also run on it.
As a ready PC, I would take a look at the Acer Aspire 3 or Aspire 5 series.
There are several combinations, but for 600 euro a setup with i5-10th generation, 8GB Ram, 128er SSD, 1TB HDD and a small graphics card (MX230) or something should be in there. Gigabit Wi-Fi is also included.

Then I would have a look at the model. And then plan to add an HDD as image / mass storage so that the SSD is not overwhelmed with data (e.g. Maxtor M3 1TB, is less than 50 euro)
