Cheap good laptop to play the game The Isle?
I'm looking for a cheap laptop, so I can play the Steam Game "The Isle" fluently.
Does not need to be a blatant gaming laptop, that would be too expensive and I do not need. I'm not so good at something like that. Can someone recommend something / several?
Would you recommend the purchase of used laptops via Ebay?

Depends on what you mean by "liquid"? The game seems to be quite hardware hungry, if one can believe the given system requirements. Of course, that will not be a problem with a 200 euro läppi. That said, the linked laptop is in no way intended for a more hardware-hungry game. Since you can be glad, if something like LoL or something on it. With laptops that you want to gamble with, you have to dig deeper and pay at least 700 euro.
