Vodafone virus alert will not go away?

Hi folks, on my Windows 10 laptop, if I want to open some websites, a Vodafone virus alert will always appear in any of my browsers. I definitely have no viruses and want to access the website, which I can't do. I'm not a Vodafone customer, but 1&1 customer. Even if I click on "Ignore and move on to: (website)", it does not react. Can you help me please?

Just click away. If necessary, close the browser completely with Alt + F4. That's just "advertising." They just want you to download their applications.

If you do not want this anymore, I recommend you to install the ad blocker.

You have to turn off your own virus program (Avast, Avira, Kaspersky), otherwise it will not work.
