There's no brand. Especially in the price range. You always have to look at it individually. Every company has good and bad laptops.
I personally have my best experience with acer. Also from support and customer service. So if in doubt, I would tend to an acer
Halfway you can start with what. Better than the Intel CPU in the price range… Good office notebook, low gaming is also possible like Roblox, SIMS4, etc.

At 300 euro I recommend a good used notebook from HP, Dell or Lenovo from the business class.
For gaming, I recommend 700 euro more budget and a notebook from XMG.
