On my (medion) laptop swapped the battery now all the data are gone
what can I do?
In a battery exchange actually no data is lost. Did you have to send in the laptop?
No Basically my battery was ok. My dad has the same laptop and his battery was broken, he used my to get his data on his laptop. But after using the battery and booting up, my data was all gone.
So you can use a laptop without a battery.
All you have to do is plug in the power adapter.
Only a mobile use is then excluded.
Removing and replacing the battery can't actually cause data loss. That must have other reasons.
Which Medion notebook / laptop exactly?
What is installed for a hard disk? A normal HD, or SSD? Or both?
Which operating system is installed? Win7, Win8.1 or Win10?
Is possibly a DVD drive installed in it?
How is your problem because exactly?
Is the computer not booting up? Or, there are no more ads on the screen. Are you coming to Bios / Uefi? Is the power adapter in the notebook?
That's a lot of questions now, but that's the only way I can filter out possible solutions. For to describe all variants could fill "a book". And it would scare a layman more than help.
