I'd like to get a laptop, tablet, laptop (or whatever Apple product is not) for the university. I will only use it for Office applications such as Powerpoint and Word, as well as for individual search queries on google (for example, laws). Since I'm not so familiar with the technology, I would like to know how powerful such a device must be in order to be able to use these applications without problems. So what kind of processor should you have, etc.
PS: I do not know if that's realistic, but I would pay for the device around 200 (preferably as little as possible of course) 250 would be too much for a device I use only for Office and Google.

There are almost all good to use up to 200 euro. Everything an Intel i3, i5 is. No Celeron or ATOM

2) Looks ok, windows mega universe.
3) Ok to meh, Performance + Mega Universe.
For Office & Google, everything is in the lower price range of the last 5 years and possibly even further back.
