Which notebook for about 2000-2500 euro with these requirements?

I would like to buy a notebook in the near future and would like to spend approx. 2,000 - 2,500 euro.

It should easily survive the following requirements:

Surfing, google, mail etc.
Graphics editing software, etc. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Vector-based software including Allplan Nemetschek, Cinema 4d
Rendering, etc. Allplan, Cinema 4d
Stream + TV in HD (not a must)
Windows as user interface

The notebook should be used for daily work.

Is there an adequate notebook for this price like this one?

Macbook Pro 15 inches 16 GB

As minimum requirements, I thought:

16 GB of DDR4 RAM memory
Hard disk: 256 GB SSD
15 inches
Outsource rendering on graphics card

The example from above is a high standard in terms of performance and design. Unfortunately it has the wrong operating system for me. I can't do much with Apple! I would be very grateful if I could help myself here.
